The traditional 90-minute Package 
The traditional style of coaching is where we discuss problems and come up with an action plan. Clients get 2-3 follow up texts or a 15min call for support after the session. Clients have the option to do more 90-min sessions when needed. This package works for the self-starter type of person.

Imagine having someone with you daily at a touch of a button on your mobile phone.

The Professional Package 
This package offers daily support to help you reach your goals. Includes one 1-hour 1-to-1 session (when needed). Daily support via WhatsApp texts and voice messages, with on-the-spot problem-solving available throughout the week. Daily action plan and journal tasks are included if needed.

Hours: Monday-Friday (9am - 5pm) Weekends: light text responses only. 

The Elite Package
The Elite package builds upon the professional package with enhanced support.  Clients can schedule 1-to-1 sessions and have personal phone access (up to 2 hours daily) to discuss issues throughout the week.  This package also includes WhatsApp texts, voice messages, and daily action plan and journal tasks if needed.

Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-5pm) Weekends: light text responses only. 

The Elite Platinum Package
The Elite Platinum Package offers an even more personalized and immersive experience.  This package includes all the benefits of the Elite Package with two key advantages:

On-site or nearby accommodation.
Extended personalized 1-to-1 time

Clients are responsible for providing flights and accommodation.

Hours: Monday to Saturday (9am – 6pm). Sunday: flexible.
